San Jose del Cabo is next to its sister city of Cabo San Lucas and the 32-kilometer stretch that separates them is known as the Corridor, and they form the tourist destination known as Los Cabos. And it is situated just 23 minutes away from Los Cabos Airport.
It is located at the end of the Baja California peninsula. San José was founded in 1730 when Mission San José del Cabo Añuití was established. Los Cabos received more than 1.2 million tourists in 2011.
